An 18-year-old is dealing with a homicide cost after reportedly taking pictures a person who was appearing erratically in Herndon Friday evening.

Herndon Police say round 9:45 Friday evening, a person was appearing erratically, entering into visitors close to a bus cease on Elden Avenue in Herndon.
An eyewitness tells Fox 5 the person was stopping visitors on the busy, four-lane highway.
