Pals of Huge Bear Valley have introduced the names for the mountain’s two latest bald eagles — Sunny and Gizmo.
The eaglets hatched in early March and are offspring of Huge Bear’s well-known bald eagle couple, Jackie and Shadow.
Pals of Huge Bear Valley revealed the names late Tuesday afternoon by means of a Fb publish.
After a naming contest that acquired greater than 54,000 entries, the record was narrowed all the way down to 30. College students from Bear Elementary Faculty voted from the chosen record for the profitable names.
