A Dominican fugitive needed for slaughtering a household of 4 in upstate New York final summer time was tracked down and arrested by US Marshals within the Dominican Republic Wednesday, officers mentioned.
Luis Francisco Soriano, 31, allegedly killed two youngsters, ages 2 and 4, and their dad and mom of their Irondequoit, NY, dwelling, which was then burned to the bottom on August 31, 2024, based on Fox Information.
