DC climate: Flood Watch Thursday as area braces for harmful warmth, storms


A Flood Watch is in impact from 2 p.m. Thursday via 2 a.m. Friday for Washington, D.C., and parts of Maryland and Virginia alongside the I-95 hall, as heavy rain and thunderstorms threaten the area.

Warmth index spikes
