The person accused of capturing and killing 3-year-old Actually Cheadle in Southeast D.C. made his first courtroom look Saturday.
One week after the capturing, investigators introduced Charles Rucker was arrested on Friday in Northeast D.C.
“We all know as we speak’s information doesn’t make you complete once more,” Metropolitan Police Division Chief Pamela Smith stated to Honesty’s family members after the arrest. “Nothing we will do will be capable to fill the void left behind by Honesty’s passing.”
Surveillance photographs obtained by News4 present Rucker within the space of the capturing earlier than the pictures had been fired.
