A 14-year-old was killed following a theft outdoors of a comfort retailer in D.C.
SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. – The Metropolitan Police Division have arrested two 16-year-olds and a 14-year-old after a theft taking pictures left one 14-year-old useless.

What we all know:
Patrol officers responded to the scene of the taking pictures within the 4000 block of South Capitol Avenue, SW, simply earlier than 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 26 after they heard gunshots within the space.
After they arrived on the scene, they discovered a 14-year-old male affected by gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and pronounced useless.
The 14-year-old sufferer has been recognized as Myron Smith of Soutwest D.C.
Police introduced Monday morning the arrest of three teenagers in reference to a theft and subsequent taking pictures that left one 14-year-old boy useless Sunday afternoon.
One 14-year-old male was charged with felony homicide and carrying a pistol with out a license, and two 16-year-old males had been charged with carrying a pistol with out a license.

One eyewitness, Eric Henry, spoke solely with FOX 5 DC to explain what he noticed occur.
There have been 4 folks robbing others standing outdoors the 24/7 market, in accordance with Henry. There are indications that the theft occurred and a number of the folks getting robbed tried to run away.
Henry informed FOX 5 that the 14-year-old was one of many folks and that he ran throughout South Capital Avenue into this AutoZone car parking zone. He stated the individuals who dedicated the unique theft noticed the 14-year-old and ultimately tried robbing him once more.
The eyewitness says two folks fired pictures on the 14-year-old, killing him.

“I’ve been dwelling on this group over 30 years. It has its ups and downs,” he informed FOX 5. “Proper now, it’s going up. It’s getting higher. The police are doing job. They may perform a little bit higher however what I need from this group and from the younger folks is to maintain your self. Respect one another. Don’t rob, don’t steal. Go to work. Care for your loved ones and respect your life. Care for your self. Love God and maintain one another.”
